WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba is a high-energy group exercise class where participants dance to upbeat music following a Zumba instructor’s routine. Each workout includes both dance and aerobic movements and incorporates a mix of different types of dancing, including hop-hop, salsa and mambo.
