WHAT IS RUGBY?
There are different types of rugby and this includes rugby union and rugby league. Rugby union has two teams of 15 players, whilst rugby league involves 13 players on each team. Both rugby union and rugby league have different rules but the main aim is to score tries, by getting the oval shaped ball over the opponents try line. Rugby is a physical contact sport and a popular sport all over the world with international tournaments including the Rugby World Cup and the Six Nations Championship.
